What if I need support?
The ACCURATE CARE team offers support through telephone, email, and remote login.
Call one of our friendly support team members during business hours, or phone us after hours for urgent assistance if necessary.
For general questions not requiring immediate response, or if you’re pressed for time, send an email through to us and we’ll respond as soon as we can.
We can also use log in to your server or computer upon request and perform on-site maintenance or technical support from our headquarters.
What about training for my staff?
The ACCURATE CARE team offers comprehensive training in all modules of our software.
At an additional cost, we can come to your facility and offer full training of our ACCURATE CARE Residential System.
Our comprehensive online manuals also offer step-by-step and easy to understand assistance, whenever you need it.
What are the system requirements?
ACCURATE CARE Residential has no special system requirements. As long as the computers which require an installation have a network connection, our systems will function.
Where can I find information regarding your pricing schedules?
Pricing is worked out on a case by case basis. We are happy to speak to you about the needs of your facility and work out a pricing plan that delivers an affordable way for your facility to meet its administration requirements.
